Refund policy

Our 14-day return policy states that, after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This allows us to assess the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return has been accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.


14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Changes to the Return Policy
Delmire reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any updates will take effect once published on the website. By placing an order on Delmire.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return Policy.
