Shipping
Once your order is received, products purchased on Delmire.com are shipped within 24 hours (excluding holidays and non-business days). You will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor the status of your delivery at any time.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees vary depending on the destination and the total amount of the order. To view the exact cost, you must enter your delivery address in the shopping cart. Some orders may qualify for free shipping or special ongoing promotions.

Delivery Times
Shipments are handled by BRT or UPS express courier, and estimated delivery times are:
- Italy: 1–2 business days
- Europe: 3–5 business days
- Rest of the world: 5–12 business days

You will receive a confirmation email from the courier with all the necessary details to track the shipment and know the expected delivery date.

In areas where the service is available, it is possible to reschedule delivery to pick-up locations/service points such as newsstands or tobacconists, or to 24/7 lockers.

Address Changes
All orders are processed automatically. Once the order is confirmed, it is not possible to change the shipping address or delivery time.

Failed Delivery
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the package is not collected after multiple delivery attempts, the goods will be returned. In this case, the order will be canceled without the possibility of a refund, and return-to-sender fees will be charged to the customer.

Duties and Customs Charges
For orders shipped to certain countries, the delivery may be subject to customs duties and import taxes determined by local authorities. Delmire.com has no control over these additional charges, which are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Personalized Items
For personalized products, up to five additional business days may be required beyond the standard shipping times.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- General Delivery/Poste Restante

Orders addressed to these locations will be automatically canceled.
